You might ask why I include a logo that is designed using an existing typeface (Franklin Minted). My answer: The period. I can claim to have named this organization, a group dedicated to cleaning up the Santa Monica Bay, and for me, the name is a command more than simply a title. Adding the period transforms the name into a sentence, one which demands action from the reader. (Note that the capitalization of the words is consistent with this thought.)
